Directions
Gently glide or rub the gua sha over your desired skin and muscle areas as if scraping. (If massaging directly on your skin, not over clothing, be sure to apply a generous amount of body lotion or body oil beforehand.)
Acupressure: For areas needing concentrated stimulation, like lymph nodes, gently press down to stimulate them more effectively. Can be used for both massage and acupressure on all parts of the body. (see product photos)
